Top Tower redefines Prague’s skyline with a 135-metre residential high-rise by Black n’ Arch and artist David Černý — a fusion of architecture and art unlike anything else in Central Europe. Rising from a revitalised public plaza, the tower combines 250 co-living apartments, offices, retail, and cultural spaces in one vertical neighbourhood. Its expressive form and integrated art installation turn urban living into a statement of innovation, sustainability, and vision for the future.
